TECHNICAL REPORT SMM3

Hoist brand                  : L8304 Italkrane hoist

Problem                       : Hoist movement intermittent (on/off)

Causes                         : Supply cable at control pendant has broken

Solution                        :   - Change a new wire for supply cable at control pendant and  

       main supply.

                                        - Check the cable status have 12 cable but only used 8 cable, and

                                           balance 4 cables. We use only one cable from the balance so    

                                           total left 3 cables.

- We use the balance cable to loop and rewiring back the

   damage cable. So the problem being solve by only using the

   balance cable. Also rewiring back at the pendant control and

   the junction box

- Chain rubber buffer at bottom block need to be change for safety purpose due to already exhausted.
